Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Prevamet 25mg Tablet XL may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Prevamet 25mg Tablet XL with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds, dark chocolate, butter, and meat.

Do not stop taking Prevamet 25mg Tablet XL suddenly as it can cause your blood pressure to rise suddenly, thereby increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke.
