Premarin 0.3mg Tablet is a mixture of estrogens (female sex hormone) used in hormone replacement therapy to relieve symptoms of menopause, such as hot flushes, night sweats, and mood swings. It also prevents the bones from becoming porous and fragile (osteoporosis).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Premarin 0.3mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

You have been prescribed Premarin 0.3mg Tablet as a part of hormone replacement therapy to relieve symptoms of menopause. It may also be used for preventing osteoporosis in postmenopausal women who are at high risk of fractures. Take it at the same time everyday to help you remember to take it. Inform your doctor if you experience any unusual vaginal bleeding or spotting, abnormal vaginal discharge or vaginal discomfort while taking Premarin 0.3mg Tablet. It may increase the risk of breast cancer. Have regular breast examinations.
