Introduction

Pregacon-Plus Capsule is a combination of five medicines: Benfotiamine, Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin, Pregabalin, and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine). It is used to treat certain types of long-lasting pain caused by damage to nerves. The medicine works by providing essential nutrients to the nerves, helping in the production of myelin, and decreasing pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Pregacon-Plus Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Pregacon-Plus Capsule is a combination of five medicines: Benfotiamine, Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin, Pregabalin, and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine). Benfotiamine and Folic Acid provide essential nutrients to the nerves. Methylcobalamin and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) are forms of vitamin B which help in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).

Pregacon-Plus Capsule is used to treat certain types of long-lasting pain caused by damage to nerves. It might cause dizziness and sleepiness, do not drive or use tools or machines. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other pain-relieving medicines. Along with taking Pregacon-Plus Capsule, your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief from pain. Let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
