Prasrix 10mg Tablet is used to treat individuals who have recently experienced a heart attack or severe heart-related chest pain (unstable angina) and have undergone stenting of the heart. It helps prevent serious heart-related issues such as another heart attack, stroke, or blood clots in stents. This medication is often prescribed alongside aspirin and should be taken regularly at the same time each day. Common side effects include bleeding, which may manifest as bruising, nosebleeds, blood in urine or stools, or heavier menstrual periods. Consult your doctor if bleeding persists or causes concern. This medicine is not suitable for individuals with active bleeding, severe liver problems, or clotting disorders. Inform your doctor of any recent injuries or surgeries before starting this medication.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Prasrix 10mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

For best results, take it at the same time every day. Prasrix 10mg Tablet increases your risk of bleeding. Be careful while shaving, using sharp objects, or cutting fingernails or toenails. Do not discontinue using the medicine without consulting your doctor as this may increase your chances of having another heart attack or stroke. If you are scheduled to undergo surgery or dental treatment, you may be asked to stop taking Prasrix 10mg Tablet temporarily.
