It is important to take this medicine regularly as directed by your doctor as missing doses can trigger seizures.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pps 300mg Tablet ER may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

In severe cases, overdose can result in significant low blood pressure and respiratory problems, potentially leading to death.
You should not take Pps 300mg Tablet ER if you have liver disease, particularly if there's a history of liver problems related to Pps 300mg Tablet ER. Patients on Delavirdine (an HIV treatment) should avoid Pps 300mg Tablet ER as it can reduce the effectiveness of Delavirdine and lead to drug resistance. Please inform your doctor about any pre-existing heart conditions before starting Pps 300mg Tablet ER.
Pps 300mg Tablet ER can be taken in conjunction with ibuprofen. However, it's crucial to consult your doctor before combining both medications to ensure that there is no potential interaction.
The most common side effects in children include jerky eye movements (nystagmus) and gum overgrowth. Some children might experience cognitive or behavioral changes, mood swings, slowed or clumsy movements, or a decrease in energy levels.
