It works by blocking the H1 receptor and stopping vertigo, and also acts as a dopamine antagonist to relieve nausea and vomiting.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not handle the tablets with wet hands. Put it in your mouth but do not swallow it. Plementil-MD Tablet is to be taken with food.
