Pirasure Syrup is a nootropic medicine used to improve communication between nerve cells and protect the brain and nervous system. It is used to treat Alzheimer's disease, memory loss in Parkinson's disease, age-related memory loss, and head injury. It works by increasing the activity of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) which improves communication between the nerve cells and protects the brain and nervous system against shortness of oxygen.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Pirasure Syrup may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

If you notice no improvement in your symptoms, it is essential to consult with your doctor. Stopping Pirasure Syrup abruptly can lead to undesirable effects such as muscle twitching and jerking movements. Your healthcare provider may recommend a gradual tapering of the medication dose.
You should avoid taking Pirasure Syrup if you are allergic to any of its ingredients, have severely impaired kidney function, or have experienced localized bleeding in the brain (cerebral hemorrhage). Additionally, individuals with Huntington’s disease/chorea, a genetic disorder causing rapid brain cell death and progressive mental and physical deterioration, should not take this medication.
Pirasure Syrup can be taken either before or after meals. Swallow the tablets whole with water; do not break or chew them. If you experience difficulty swallowing, notify your doctor promptly as they may prescribe the medicine in a different form, such as a solution.
