This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.

Pinodin-TX 10% Cream is a procoagulant agent. In the presence of UV light, plasminogen (enzyme) induces the production of melanin (pigment) to cause pigmentation and dark spots in the skin. It inhibits the activation of plasminogen, thus leading to a decrease in the production of melanin. This is how it works to treat melasma and hyperpigmentation of the skin.
