Pinkold Oral Suspension is a combination of four medicines: Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Phenylephrine, Paracetamol, and Sodium Citrate. It relieves symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, watery eyes, sore throat, body ache, and fever. This medication is commonly prescribed in children to treat these symptoms.
Pinkold Oral Suspension may make your child feel sleepy. Ensure your child takes extra care when taking part in physical activities. Never combine Pinkold Oral Suspension with other cold and flu medicines as that may lead to side effects.
Pinkold Oral Suspension is a combination of four medicines: Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Phenylephrine, Paracetamol, and Sodium Citrate. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic that relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer). Sodium citrate is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) making it easier to cough out.

Giving your child more than the prescribed dose of Pinkold Oral Suspension can lead to serious side effects, such as seizures, rapid heartbeat, depression, cognitive defects, and difficulty concentrating. Always use the calibrated cup provided with the medicine to ensure the correct dose.
Pinkold Oral Suspension may interact with other medications or substances. Inform your child's doctor about any other medications they are taking before starting Pinkold Oral Suspension, and consult their doctor before giving any additional medicine to your child.
If your child has a history of cardiovascular disease (such as hypertension or heart disease), diabetes mellitus, gastrointestinal obstruction, increased intraocular pressure, urinary obstruction, or thyroid dysfunction, consult with their doctor before administering Pinkold Oral Suspension.
Do not give your child more than one cough or cold medicine without consulting their doctor first. This is to avoid an overdose, which can have serious consequences.
