Pillpex 0.25 Tablet should be taken with food, at the same time each day, and in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. It is important to finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Some common side effects include nausea, dry mouth, fatigue, hallucinations, constipation, and peripheral edema.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Pillpex 0.25 Tablet is to be taken with food.
Pillpex 0.25 Tablet works by mimicking the action of dopamine, a chemical messenger that is needed to control movement in the brain.
You have been prescribed Pillpex 0.25 Tablet to treat your symptoms of Parkinson's disease and/or restless leg syndrome. It can be taken with or without food. Taking it with food may reduce nausea. For restless leg syndrome, take this medicine 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. Avoid activities that require you to be alert, such as driving a car, until you know how this medication affects you. When you first start taking Pillpex 0.25 Tablet, it may cause sudden drop in your blood pressure when you change positions. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.
