It is important to take the medication regularly as directed by your doctor as missing doses can trigger seizures.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Phenykem 300mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Phenykem 300mg Tablet overdose can lead to dangerously low blood pressure, respiratory problems, and potentially death.
You should not take Phenykem 300mg Tablet if you have liver disease, especially if there is a history of liver problems associated with Phenykem 300mg Tablet. Additionally, individuals taking Delavirdine (used to treat HIV infection) should avoid Phenykem 300mg Tablet. Phenykem 300mg Tablet may reduce the effectiveness of Delavirdine and increase resistance to it. It is crucial to inform your doctor about any existing heart conditions before commencing treatment with Phenykem 300mg Tablet.
