Peg Ginase 3750IU Injection is given as an injection by the doctor, but try to have it the same time each day to make sure it has the best effect. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. You should take it exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but do not stop taking it unless your doctor tells you to.

Asparaginase belongs to class of medications called antineoplastic agents. Asparaginase is an enzyme that interferes with natural processes necessary for cancer cell growth thereby killing or stopping the growth of cancer cells.

Peg Ginase 3750IU Injection is given as an injection into the veins, muscles or under the skin by the healthcare provider. It is advisable to drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated while taking this medication. Use an effective method of birth control to avoid pregnancy while taking this medication. You may need to have blood tests to monitor your blood cells, liver function and kidney function during treatment. It can cause an increase in blood sugar levels. Hence monitor your blood sugar level regularly.
