Pediton DS Oral Drops Mango is a mixture of two active medicines, Dicyclomine and Simethicone. It is used to treat stomach pain, bloating, and abdominal cramps, as well as symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. It relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut, stopping sudden muscle contractions and relieving abdominal cramps and pain. Simethicone disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. It is usually given to children and should be taken with food. The dose and duration of treatment should be as advised by the doctor.

The other associated symptoms can be a headache, nausea, anorexia, vomiting, and pallor. Since Pediton DS Oral Drops Mango is strictly for abdominal pain, rule out such types of pain before giving this medicine.
