It is used for patella subluxation, patella-femoral syndrome, and part of a rehab program following patella tendon injuries. The support features a textured buttress for maximum patella control, a versatile strapping system for dynamic treatment with tension control, and heavy-duty hinges for added support. It is made with neoprene to allow proper air circulation.

Hold top of support (largest end) and loosen straps.Position buttress on affected side and slide over knee.Ensure seam is placed posteriorly in back of leg and hinges are placed medial/lateral on leg.Adjust small straps to desired tension or comfort level, starting with large strap nearest foot and secure strap with buckle and tighten to desired comfort level
