Inform your doctor if you have a history of kidney disease or have undergone cardiac surgery. This medicine is generally safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but it is advised not to consume alcohol as it may cause excessive drowsiness.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Pause 250mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
