Pantosia D 30mg/40mg Capsule SR is a prescription medicine used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (Acid reflux), dyspepsia (indigestion), and gastritis. It helps treat the conditions by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach thereby relieving symptoms of acidity such as heartburn, stomach pain, or irritation.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.Take it empty stomach

Pantosia D 30mg/40mg Capsule SR is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Pantoprazole.Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines.Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach

Take Pantosia D 30mg/40mg Capsule SR one hour before the meal preferably in the morning Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea, fever or stomach pain that does not go away Inform your doctor if you do not feel better after taking Pantosia D 30mg/40mg Capsule SR for 14 days Long-term use of Pantosia D 30mg/40mg Capsule SR can cause weak bones and a deficiency of minerals such as magnesium Incorporate the following lifestyle changes in order to prevent acidity and heartburn: Make sure you eat regular meals and drink plenty of water Avoid spicy and fatty fried food Lose weight if you are obese If you are a smoker, consider giving up Don't drink too much alcohol Don't go to bed immediately after taking a meal.
