Pantago O 40mg/4mg Tablet is a combination of Pantoprazole and Ondansetron, used to treat nausea and vomiting. It should be taken as prescribed by a doctor, preferably on an empty stomach and at a fixed time each day. Do not stop taking it suddenly without consulting your doctor. Common side effects include constipation, stomach pain, fatigue, headache, flatulence, and skin flushing. These are usually temporary and resolve on their own. Consult your doctor if they persist. This medicine may cause diarrhea, so drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration. Avoid driving or activities requiring mental focus until you know how the medicine affects you.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Take it on an empty stomach.

Helps treat nausea and vomiting. Take it one hour before a meal, preferably in the morning. If you vomit within one hour of taking a dose, take another dose. Avoid heavy meals and sip water regularly while taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea, fever, or stomach pain that does not go away.
