Introduction

Pansco-DSR Capsule is a combination medication used to treat conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), dyspepsia, and gastritis. It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach, thereby alleviating symptoms like heartburn, stomach pain, and irritation. The capsule contains two active ingredients: Domperidone, which enhances the movement of the stomach and intestines, and Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that decreases stomach acid production. While effective, long-term use can lead to weak bones and mineral deficiencies. Consult your doctor for appropriate dietary supplements and lifestyle changes to manage these risks.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Pansco-DSR Capsule is to be taken on an empty stomach.

Pansco-DSR Capsule is a combination of Domperidone and Pantoprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic that increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, facilitating easier food passage. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid production, providing relief from acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Take Pansco-DSR Capsule one hour before the meal, preferably in the morning. Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea, fever, or stomach pain that does not go away. Inform your doctor if you do not feel better after taking Pansco-DSR Capsule for 14 days. Long-term use can cause weak bones and mineral deficiencies; ensure adequate intake of calcium and magnesium. Incorporate lifestyle changes: eat regular meals, drink plenty of water, avoid spicy and fatty foods, lose weight if obese, quit smoking, limit alcohol, and avoid lying down immediately after meals.
