Panoset D 10mg/40mg Tablet is a combination medication used to treat conditions like gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), dyspepsia, and gastritis by reducing stomach acid. It helps alleviate symptoms such as heartburn, stomach pain, and irritation. The medication combines Domperidone, a prokinetic that enhances stomach and intestinal movement, and Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid production. While effective, it may have side effects and should be used under medical supervision, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Panoset D 10mg/40mg Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.

Panoset D 10mg/40mg Tablet is a combination of Domperidone and Pantoprazole. Domperidone increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily. Pantoprazole reduces stomach acid, helping relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Take Panoset D 10mg/40mg Tablet one hour before the meal, preferably in the morning. Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea, fever, or stomach pain that does not go away. Inform your doctor if you do not feel better after taking Panoset D 10mg/40mg Tablet for 14 days. Long-term use can cause weak bones and mineral deficiencies. Ensure adequate intake of calcium and magnesium. Incorporate lifestyle changes like eating regular meals, drinking plenty of water, avoiding spicy and fatty foods, losing weight if obese, quitting smoking, limiting alcohol, and not lying down immediately after meals.
