Panmax-D Tablet is a prescription medication designed to treat conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), dyspepsia, and gastritis. It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach, thereby alleviating symptoms like heartburn, stomach pain, and irritation. The medication combines two active ingredients: Domperidone, which enhances the movement of the stomach and intestines, and Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid production. While effective, it is important to use this medication under medical supervision due to potential side effects and interactions with other drugs. Long-term use may lead to weak bones and mineral deficiencies, so adequate intake of calcium and magnesium is recommended.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Panmax-D Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.

Panmax-D Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Pantoprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic that works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the amount of acid in the stomach, helping to relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Take Panmax-D Tablet one hour before the meal, preferably in the morning. Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea, fever, or stomach pain that does not go away. Inform your doctor if you do not feel better after taking Panmax-D Tablet for 14 days. Long-term use can cause weak bones and a deficiency of minerals such as magnesium. Take adequate dietary intake of calcium and magnesium or their supplements as prescribed by your doctor. Incorporate lifestyle changes to prevent acidity and heartburn: eat regular meals, drink plenty of water, avoid spicy and fatty fried food, lose weight if obese, quit smoking, limit alcohol intake, and do not go to bed immediately after a meal.
