Introduction

Panda-DSR Capsule is a combination medication used to manage gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), dyspepsia, and gastritis. It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach, thereby alleviating symptoms such as heartburn, stomach pain, and irritation. The medication combines Domperidone, a prokinetic that enhances the movement of the stomach and intestines, and Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that decreases stomach acid production. While effective, it is important to use this medication under medical supervision due to potential side effects and interactions with other drugs. Long-term use may lead to weak bones and mineral deficiencies.

Panda-DSR Capsule is a combination of Domperidone and Pantoprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic that increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to pass more easily. Take Panda-DSR Capsule one hour before the meal, preferably in the morning. Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea, fever, or stomach pain that does not go away. Inform your doctor if you do not feel better after taking Panda-DSR Capsule for 14 days. Long-term use can cause weak bones and mineral deficiencies; ensure adequate intake of calcium and magnesium. Incorporate lifestyle changes to prevent acidity and heartburn: eat regular meals, drink plenty of water, avoid spicy and fatty foods, lose weight if obese, quit smoking, limit alcohol intake, and avoid lying down immediately after meals.
