Introduction

Pamtic-DSR Capsule is a combination medication used to treat conditions like gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), dyspepsia, and gastritis. It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach, thereby alleviating symptoms such as heartburn, stomach pain, and irritation. The capsule contains two active ingredients: Domperidone, which increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, and Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid. While effective, it is important to use this medication under medical supervision due to potential side effects and interactions with other drugs. Long-term use may lead to weak bones and mineral deficiencies.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Pamtic-DSR Capsule is to be taken on an empty stomach.

Pamtic-DSR Capsule is a combination of Domperidone and Pantoprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic that increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid, helping to relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

Take Pamtic-DSR Capsule one hour before the meal, preferably in the morning. Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea, fever, or stomach pain that does not go away. Inform your doctor if you do not feel better after taking Pamtic-DSR Capsule for 14 days. Long-term use can cause weak bones and mineral deficiencies. Ensure adequate intake of calcium and magnesium. Incorporate lifestyle changes to prevent acidity and heartburn: eat regular meals, drink plenty of water, avoid spicy and fatty foods, lose weight if obese, quit smoking, limit alcohol intake, and avoid lying down immediately after meals.
