How it works
Paingesic Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Magnesium Trisilicate which relieve cold symptoms. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which relieves symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Magnesium Trisilicate is an inorganic salt that neutralizes the excess acid in the stomach.
