Pacinol 0.25 mg/20 mg Tablet is a combination of Alprazolam and Propranolol. It should be taken on an empty stomach, at the same time each day, and in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Pacinol 0.25 mg/20 mg Tablet is used for the treatment of anxiety. It can take a week or two after starting this treatment before the effect begins to build up, and 4-6 weeks before you feel the full benefit. Do not stop taking it after a week or two feeling it is not helping. Do not stop taking Pacinol 0.25 mg/20 mg Tablet unless your doctor tells you to do so. Try to keep your regular appointments with your doctor. Get up slowly and steadily to prevent dizziness. If you are due to have an operation or dental treatment, tell the person carrying out the treatment that you are taking this medicine.
