Oxinaz Cream is an antifungal medicine used to treat fungal infections of the skin. It works by killing the fungus that causes infections such as athlete's foot, Dhobie Itch, thrush, ringworm, and dry, flaky skin.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.

Oxinaz Cream is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. The baby's skin should not come into direct contact with the treated area of skin. Water-miscible cream/gel is preferred as ointments may expose the baby to harmful effects of Oxinaz Cream via licking.
Oxinaz Cream is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Wash your hands with soap before and after applying the cream. Do not share your towel or clothes with anyone. Wear clean clothes every day to prevent infection. Finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Apply an amount sufficient to cover the affected area and 1 inch of the immediate surrounding skin.
The duration of treatment depends on the type of infection. For tinea infections, it is typically continued for one month. For candida infections, at least 15 days are needed before stopping. Do not stop treatment without consulting your doctor as the infection may return.
Always thoroughly wash your hands before and after applying Oxinaz Cream. If feet are affected, they should be washed and dried thoroughly between the toes before application. Apply a thin and uniform layer of the cream to affected areas daily and gently rub it in.
