Oxikort 1% Cream is an antifungal medicine used to treat fungal infections of the skin. It works by killing the fungus that causes infections such as athlete's foot, Dhobie Itch, thrush, ringworm, and dry, flaky skin.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.

Wash your hands with soap before and after applying the cream. Do not share your towel or clothes with anyone. Wear clean clothes every day to prevent infection. Finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Apply an amount sufficient to cover the affected area and 1 inch of the immediate surrounding skin.
The treatment duration depends on the type of infection. For tinea infections, it's usually 1 month, while for candida infections, it's at least 15 days. It's essential to complete the full course even if symptoms have improved to ensure the infection is fully cleared.
