Suspension
Owa Suspension is an antibiotic medicine commonly given to children for the treatment of a wide range of bacterial infections. It is also part of the multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) treatment regimen. The medicine is available in a suspension form and is effective in killing infection-causing bacteria without making them resistant to further treatment.
Your child must complete the entire course of antibiotics. Stopping too soon may cause the bacteria to multiply again or cause another infection.
Owa Suspension is an antibiotic that interferes with the genetic material of bacteria by implanting defects in its DNA. These defects hamper the multiplication of the bacteria and affect its survival as well, killing the infection-causing bacteria from growing further and preventing the infection from spreading.
Your child must complete the entire course of antibiotics Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid within 2 hours of taking Owa Suspension Encourage your child to drink plenty of water in case diarrhea develops as a side effect Conditions like common cold and flu are caused by viruses.
