OSYFEN PLUS 400MG/325MG/100MG TABLET should be taken with food. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. OSYFEN PLUS 400MG/325MG/100MG TABLET is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Magnesium Trisilicate which relieve pain. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Magnesium Trisilicate is an inorganic salt which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Ibuprofen.

Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Drink plenty of water while taking it. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking this medicine. Do not take it with any other pain medicine without asking your doctor first.
