Ostium K2 Kit is best taken without food and should be taken regularly at evenly spaced intervals as prescribed by your doctor. It is part of a treatment program that may include dietary changes and supplements. Common side effects include headache, increased blood cholesterol, dizziness, respiratory and urinary tract infections, musculoskeletal pain, indigestion, heartburn, and diarrhea. Serious side effects include kidney problems, low blood calcium, and jaw pain. Consult your doctor if you experience any severe side effects. Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption as they can reduce bone density.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Ostium K2 Kit is to be taken on an empty stomach.
