Orthopax 50mg/325mg/32.5mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Dextropropoxyphene. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) as well as an antipyretic (fever reducer). Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Together, both of them work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic (very strong pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower the pain perception.
