Orthodex Tablet is a combination medicine that helps in relieving pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever in various conditions. It also blocks the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Orthodex Tablet is to be taken with food.

Orthodex Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Nimesulide, Paracetamol and Dextropropoxyphene which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Dextropropoxyphene is a opioid analgesic (pain reliever). It works by decreasing the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain.
