Optisoft Eye Drop is usually taken when needed. Use the number of drops as advised by your doctor. Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering any other medication in the same eye to avoid dilution. Do not use a bottle if the seal is broken before you open it. Always wash your hands and do not touch the end of the dropper. This could infect your eye. This medicine may require long-term use and can be taken safely for as long as you need it.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.

Optisoft Eye Drop is a lubricant. It works similar to natural tears and provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness of the eye.
Your doctor has prescribed Optisoft Eye Drop to treat dry eye disease. Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute immediately after instilling the drop. Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution of this medicine. Stinging sensation may occur for 1-2 minutes. Notify your doctor if it persists for longer. Make sure to use within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.

Store at or below 25°C and out of reach of children. Do not touch the tip of the container to any surface and replace the cap after every use. Remember not to use the eye drops after the expiry date, or 30 days of opening.
If you are using it for dry eyes, instil 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed. If you are using it to lubricate soft and rigid gas-permeable lenses, apply 1 to 2 drops per eye with the lenses in place as needed or as directed by your doctor. Blink several times after applying the drops.
