Optimum Nutrition (ON) Gold Standard 100% Isolate Hydrolysed and Ultra-Filtered Whey Protein Powder is a premium whey protein supplement that is designed to help gain lean muscle mass. It is prepared by selecting only the highest quality whey proteins, which undergo a series of sophisticated filtration processes to 'isolate' out excess fat and sugar. A portion of this whey protein isolate is then hydrolysed and broken down into smaller chains of amino acids. The final product is a complete protein containing no more than 0.3 g of sugars, 0.4 g of fat and 83% of pure protein per serving.

Mix one scoop (31 gm) with 180 to 240 ml of cold water, stir or mix in a shaker cup and blend until smooth. Ice cubes will improve texture, and you can add fresh or frozen fruit to create protein smoothies. Recommended dose: One serving a day.
