Onrab-LS Capsule SR is a prescription medicine used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux), intestinal ulcers, and irritable bowel syndrome.

Onrab-LS Capsule SR is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Onrab-LS Capsule SR is to be taken empty stomach.
The most common side effects are nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea, flatulence, constipation, headache, weakness, and flu-like symptoms.
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Onrab-LS Capsule SR.

Onrab-LS Capsule SR is a combination of two medicines: Levosulpiride and Rabeprazole.
Do not consume alcohol while taking Onrab-LS Capsule SR as it can increase the risk of stomach damage. Long-term use may cause weak or broken bones. Take adequate intake of dietary calcium and vitamin D or their supplements. Do not take Onrab-LS Capsule SR for longer than prescribed.
The usual dose of Onrab-LS Capsule SR is one capsule per day. Take it exactly as directed by your healthcare professional and consult them if you have any concerns.
Dizziness, such as feeling faint or lightheaded, can occur in some patients while using Onrab-LS Capsule SR. If you experience this, rest for a while and only resume activities once you feel better.
Onrab-LS Capsule SR should not be used by patients who have known allergies to any of its ingredients, including components and excipients. It is important to discuss your medical history with your doctor before taking this medication.
Some studies have shown that treatment with Onrab-LS Capsule SR may lead to an increased risk of osteoporosis-related fractures, particularly in the hip, wrist or spine. The risk might be higher with high doses and long-term therapy (lasting a year or longer).
Taking Onrab-LS Capsule SR may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or affect your eyesight. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.
Keep the medicine in its original container and tightly seal it. Follow the storage instructions on the label, and do not dispose of unused medicine unless instructed by your doctor.
