Omed Capsule is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach, providing relief from symptoms of heartburn, acid reflux, peptic ulcer disease, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It is best taken one hour before a meal, preferably in the morning. The dose will depend on your underlying condition and how you respond to the medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Omed Capsule is to be taken empty stomach.

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Omed Capsule.
Omed Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Omed Capsule may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby.
