Introduction

Olpress M 50 Tablet ER is a medicine used for treating high blood pressure. By lowering the blood pressure, it helps in preventing future heart attack and stroke. Early treatment with this medicine also improves chances of survival in patients of heart attack.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Olpress M 50 Tablet ER is to be taken with food.

Olpress M 50 Tablet ER is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Olmesartan Medoxomil and Metoprolol Succinate.

You have been prescribed Olpress M 50 Tablet ER for the treatment of high blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces chance of future heart attack & strokes. It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor as it can cause sudden increase in your blood pressure.
