Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Olmetrack CT 12.5 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

You have been prescribed Olmetrack CT 12.5 Tablet for the treatment of high blood pressure. It can be taken with or without food. Olmetrack CT 12.5 Tablet may cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, very dry mouth, or muscle weakness. It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Use of Olmetrack CT 12.5 Tablet during pregnancy or breastfeeding is unsafe.
