Introduction

Olmark 20 Tablet may be prescribed alone or with other medicines. It can be taken with or without food, but it's best to take it at the same time each day. Consistent use is crucial even if you feel well. Lifestyle changes like regular exercise, weight loss, smoking cessation, reducing alcohol intake, and lowering salt intake can also help manage blood pressure. Common side effects include dizziness, cough, diarrhea, indigestion, nausea, and runny nose. Inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding mothers should avoid this medicine. Regular monitoring of kidney function, blood pressure, and potassium levels is recommended.

Take this medicine as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. It can be taken with or without food, but it's better to take it at a fixed time.

Olmark 20 Tablet is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). It relaxes blood vessels by blocking a chemical that tightens them, lowering blood pressure and allowing smoother blood flow to organs and more efficient heart pumping.

Take it at the same time every day to help you remember. It can make you feel dizzy initially. Rise slowly if you've been sitting or lying down. Your doctor may monitor your blood levels of urea, creatinine, and potassium. Avoid anti-inflammatory medicines like ibuprofen without consulting your doctor. It may increase potassium levels. Avoid potassium supplements and potassium-rich foods like bananas, coconut water, and broccoli. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not stop taking it suddenly without talking to your doctor.
