Olimab 60mg Injection is a medication used to treat thinning of the bones (called osteoporosis). It is a monoclonal antibody that binds to a protein that causes bone loss, thereby strengthening the bone and minimizing the risk of fractures.

Take calcium and vitamin D to help build your bones when taking Olimab 60mg Injection. Do not take if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. May cause a rare problem of the jaw (osteonecrosis) mostly seen after a dental procedure. Tell your doctor if you develop sudden jaw pain. Olimab 60mg Injection may also increase the risk of infection. Avoid being close to people with cold flu or other contagious illnesses. Tell your doctor if you develop a rash while taking Olimab 60mg Injection.
There is no predetermined maximum duration for treatment with Olimab 60mg Injection. Treatment duration depends on the individual patient's response and tolerability to the medication. It is continuously monitored through periodic assessments, especially after 5 years of use.
Hair loss is a common side effect of Olimab 60mg Injection; however, it is not experienced by all patients. If you are concerned about hair loss, discuss this with your doctor.

Olimab 60mg Injection needs to be stored in a refrigerator at 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C) in its original packaging. Avoid exposing the medication to warm temperatures, as this could compromise its effectiveness. At room temperature [up to 77°F (25°C)], it can be used within 14 days after removal from refrigeration.
