Side effects may include diarrhea, and it is important to encourage the child to drink plenty of water. If any severe reactions like rash, itchy skin, swelling of the face and mouth, or difficulty in breathing occur, discontinue the medicine and consult a doctor immediately.

Discontinue Ofrex 50mg/5ml Suspension and inform the doctor immediately if your child develops a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or has difficulty in breathing. Only give Ofrex 50mg/5ml Suspension to your child for their current infection. Never save medicine for future illnesses.
