Take Ofen OZ Syrup as directed by your doctor. Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid within 2 hours of taking Ofen OZ Syrup as these can affect the absorption of the medicine.

Alcohol Warning

Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Ofen OZ Syrup as it may irritate your stomach and also cause excessive drowsiness.

Ofen OZ Syrup is an antibiotic consisting of ofloxacin and ornidazole as its active ingredients. Encourage your child to drink plenty of water in case of diarrhea Eating citrus fruit or sipping plenty of water or fruit juice may help with altered taste or furry tongue Do not give Ofen OZ Syrup to your child for conditions like common cold and flu, as they are caused by viruses Quit giving Ofen OZ Syrup and speak to the doctor immediately if your child develops a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or has difficulty in breathing
