It is used to treat infections in the urinary tract, nose, throat, skin, soft tissues, and lungs (pneumonia). The medicine should be taken as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food, preferably at a fixed time. Common side effects include nausea, stomach pain, and diarrhea, which usually resolve on their own. However, if these side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor. Severe allergic reactions are rare but require urgent medical attention. Inform your doctor if you have a history of kidney disease or if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Ofen 200mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools. Notify your doctor if you feel pain in your tendons, numbness, or tingling sensations. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
