Ocalb Tablet is an antiparasitic medication that works by killing the worms that cause infections and stopping the infection from spreading. It should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Take it with or without food, preferably at a fixed time. Avoid skipping any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose. Some people may experience vomiting, dizziness, increased liver enzymes, nausea, and loss of appetite as side effects of this medicine. Please consult your doctor if these side effects persist for a longer duration. You may be monitored with blood tests and liver function tests throughout your treatment.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ocalb Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Use birth control measures to prevent pregnancy while taking Ocalb Tablet. Your doctor may monitor your blood counts and liver function before you start taking this medicine and regularly throughout your treatment. Avoid being near people who are sick or have infections. Inform your doctor if you develop signs of infection. Do not skip doses and finish the prescribed course even if you start to feel better. Stopping it early may increase your risk of further infection.
