Obrin F Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Tobramycin and Fluorometholone. Tobramycin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth in the eye by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Fluorometholone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen, and itchy.
To use Obrin F Eye Drop, wash your hands thoroughly before handling the medication to prevent contamination. Avoid touching the tip of the dropper. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before using the eye drop. To administer the medication, tilt your head back, look up, and gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a pouch. Place a single drop of the medicine into the pouch and release your eyelid.
