Nutrabay Gold 4:1:1 BCAA is a premium blend of BCAA with a high ratio of L-Leucine. It is designed to help with muscle recovery, building immune strength, and enhancing strength. BCAA's are components of protein that maintain muscle tissue during intense exercise. They function as anabolic agents, allowing the body to maximize fat loss and minimize muscle loss.

Add 250-300ml of water to a shaker, add 2 heaping scoop of powder (30g approx.), shake well until it is completely mixed, and consume immediately. Consume 1-2 servings per day or as advised by the dietician.

BCAAs function as anabolic agents, allowing the body to maximize fat loss and minimize muscle loss. They are rapidly depleted from the muscles when training, and taking them pre-workout and/or during your session can delay fatigue.
