Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Nuspas Tablet is to be taken with food.

Nuspas Tablet is a combination of two medicines: dicyclomine and nimesulide. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic which works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut, stopping sudden muscle contractions (spasms) and relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation.
Nuspas Tablet is used to give relief from abdominal pain. Take Nuspas Tablet with or straight after a meal or snack to reduce the risk of stomach upset. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Drink plenty of water while taking Nuspas Tablet in case you experience diarrhea as its side-effect. Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake, and sugarless candy may help. If you develop any new symptoms or if your symptoms get worse, make an appointment to see your doctor for further advice.
