Chloramphenicol Orlistat
Nurothyl 2500mcg Injection is a form of vitamin B12 that restores its level in the body thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems.
Nurothyl 2500mcg Injection contains vitamin B12, an essential nutrient for red blood cell production and a healthy nervous system. It also plays a role in releasing energy from food and utilizing folate (vitamin B11).
Vitamin B12 is often found in animal products such as meat, fish, eggs, and dairy. Vegetarians or vegans who do not consume these foods may be at risk of vitamin B12 deficiency.
Lack of vitamin B12 can lead to fatigue, weakness, constipation, loss of appetite, and weight loss. Severe cases may involve megaloblastic anemia, which leads to abnormally large red blood cells. Additionally, it can cause nerve problems like numbness or tingling in the extremities. Other potential symptoms include balance issues, depression, confusion, dementia, memory impairment, and oral sores.
Nurothyl 2500mcg Injection is generally well-tolerated. However, some individuals may experience rare side effects like nausea, diarrhea, anorexia, or rash. In case of a rash, discontinue the medicine immediately.
Nurothyl 2500mcg Injection can be administered intravenously (into a vein) or intramuscularly (into a muscle). The typical dose is one ampoule (containing 0.5 mg of Nurothyl 2500mcg Injection) and is given three times a week. After two months, the dose becomes one ampoule (0.5 mg of Nurothyl 2500mcg Injection) every one to three months as part of maintenance therapy.
Avoid repeating injections at the same site each time. If you encounter intense pain during injection or if blood flows back into the syringe, withdraw the needle and re-inject at a different location.
