Nurospn Plus Injection is a combination of three nutritional supplements: Methylcobalamin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and Niacinamide which replenish the body's stores of important nutrients.

Avoid taking antacids 2 hours before or after taking Nurospn Plus Injection as they make it harder for your body to absorb the medicine. Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medications like for bone disorders, antihypertensives, antibiotics, or medicines for heart disease.
