Nuroguard Capsule is a prescription medicine that helps relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves). It strengthens the nerves and relieves nerve pain. It is a combination of five medicines: Benfotiamine, Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin, Pregabalin, and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Nuroguard Capsule may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Breastfeeding Warning

Nuroguard Capsule is a combination of five medicines: Benfotiamine, Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin, Pregabalin, and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine). Benfotiamine and Folic Acid provide essential nutrients to the nerves. Methylcobalamin and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) are forms of vitamin B which help in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).

Do not drive or use tools or machines. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other pain-relieving medicines. Along with taking Nuroguard Capsule, your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief from pain. Let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
