Nuril 2.5 Tablet belongs to a group of medicines known as angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. It relaxes and widens the blood vessels, making it easier for blood to flow through them. This reduces the workload on the heart, helping to lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. It is also used for the treatment and prevention of congestive heart failure.
Nuril 2.5 Tablet does not cause excessive urination (loss of water through urine). The use of Nuril 2.5 Tablet may not affect normally functioning kidneys, but damage to the kidneys can occur when Nuril 2.5 Tablet is given with a diuretic (water pill).
